The anterior lobe of cerebellum is the portion of the cerebellum responsible for mediating unconscious proprioception. In alcoholics, it can deteriorate. It is sometimes equated to the "paleocerebellum" [Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anterior_lobe_of_cerebellum].
