Description:

ConceptNet is a semantic network containing lots of things computers should know about the world, especially when understanding text written by people.

It uses hypegraphs and appears to be highly scalable. However, it lacks a definition of the individual nodes and edges and there is no graph visualization yet. It uses ormal English terms as edge names if interfered from text as well CamelCase. It seems that this concept is highly scalable.

It appears also suitable for acquiring large amounts of data from text mining. Most of the relations are automatically generated. It seems like it is only storing triplets (source edge target).
