    The Research objectives of the Berezikov Group are focused on Small RNAs and regeneration:

    1. miRNAs and other small RNAs We apply computational, functional and comparative genomics approaches to study the reporoire, biological roles and evolution of small RNAs. In particular, we use C. elegans as a model to study the roles of miRNA in development, homeostasis, stress response and Aging.
