egl-9 deletion does not affect lifespan under AL. Lifespan extension under modified sDR regimen is diminished by egl-9 mutation. egl-9 mutation significantly suppresses the lifespan extension by a strong loss-of-function allele of eat-2. Lifespan extension by deletion mutants of rsks-1 is fully suppressed by egl-9 mutation [19461873].
