Denigma is modular constructed (Modularity). Denigma's main navigation (in black) contains general purpose sectors, a global site-wide search function, user-specific sectors as well as an authentication sector. Each sector is composed of one or more apps which each one fulfilling a specific function.

Directly under the main navigation is on the left-hand site a hierarchy which indicates the current position in the data structure, in the center are the options to different views within a sector and on the right-hand site is the Integrator used to store data in a unified format.
