Immunosenescence is the gradual deterioration of the immune system that accompanies Aging. The Immune System during Aging first undergoes quick and dramatic negative changes:

  • increasing of frequency of chronic inflammatory diseases (Alzheimer disease, cardiovascular disease, etc.)
  • Increased frequency of cancer
  • Lower vaccination efficiency
  • Lower efficiency of immune system function

All this negatively influences on survival of the organism, so correction of immune system senescence may positively influence on duration and quality of one's life.
